Hello Daevas,

Below is a list of in-game known issues that are currently being investigated.

We will periodically update this notice as issues are discovered and resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

[New] Known Issues
[English] After obtaining the title Vanguard of Atreia, the title menu displays 'Shaper of Heavens' If the Duty tab on the Map is opened before reaching level 45, Duties will not be available upon reaching level 45 until the following day. This issue can be avoided by not accessing the Duty tab until reaching level 45. A "Please Try Again Later" message may occasionally appear when sending a Chat message, preventing both outgoing and incoming messages from being displayed. This can be resolved by changing characters, moving through a loading screen, or logging back in.
