230 named forms in the client. 17 come from items you can use; the rest are forms the client defines without an item.
A transformation turns your character into another model for a while. In client 2.0.6.0, 17 of the 230 named forms are given by an item (the Transformation Candies and the Guardian Lord items, lasting up to 1 h); 9 more are applied by a skill that no item uses; the other 204 are monster models the game defines with no item, skill or collection pointing at them. There is no transformation collection or bonus table in the client.
