What one point of Precision gives
The PcStatSecond table converts every point of a main stat the same way, from 1 to the table's last row; the step that reads it stops if a row breaks that rule.

How to increase Precision
The most each permanent system can add at level 45: the best item for every slot, top levels, everything owned (the same ceilings as How to get stronger). A real character has less.
