Kaisinel's Illusion is a Nightmare boss fought in Ardus Shrine, with 10 levels from 3,500 to 3,950 recommended combat power. Attempts: 14 a week (2 a day, holds up to 14).

An illusionary specter of Empyrean Lord Kaisinel, created from a fragment of his essence left behind before his destruction. Though only a remnant of the original Kaisinel, it retains fragments of his memories and personality, including his arrogance and irritable nature. When the Bulwark was raised, Kaisinel was destroyed, yet traces of his presence endured within the sanctum, continuing to influence the surrounding area.
