Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Agreement has been prepared to protect the Tsenka Merchants' secrets, legacy, and all confidential matters pertaining to the management of the Tsenka Merchants. The undersigned hereby declares that they understand and consent to the terms below. The undersigned also vows that, in the event of a violation thereof, they will be held accountable in a manner defined by the Tsenka Merchants.
Article 1. Scope of Classified Items
The undersigned shall not disclose any of the following items to a third party:
(a) The Tsenka Merchants' water supply routes and methods,
(b) the location, structure, and security system of the water repository,
(c) The Tsenka Merchants' legacy, historical data, information regarding previous leaders, and
(d) the content of undisclosed, confidential documents as well as those designated as "secrets" by the Tsenka Merchants.
Article 2. Prohibition of Actions
The undersigned shall not engage in the following:
(a) any communications that disclose secrets,
(b) using trade secrets for personal gain, extortion, trade, etc., and
(c) disadvantaging the Tsenka Merchants.
Article 3. Retention Liability
The undersigned shall not reproduce, move, or conceal any document, supply, tool, etc. that belongs to the Tsenka Merchants.
Article 4. Penalties for Breach of Contract
Tsenka Merchants may subject the Pledgee to the following in the event of their violation of the foregoing:
(a) the prohibition of business with the Tsenka Merchants due to the loss of trust,
(b) disciplinary measures prescribed by the rules of the Tsenka Merchants, and
(c) seizure of personal property as reparations.
