Hilsrother's Cloak and Seal

The text of this AION 2 lore note, as the global client gives it in English. No quest step asks you to read it, so it is only found in the world.

A severely damaged cloak and seal. The seal appears to have been broken and bears a faintly shining insignia of a golden branch.
