Fio: It's you! I'm Fio of the Wind Breeze Merchants, nyerk. I heard a lot from Kochi and the other merchants.
Fio: When our guild was in danger because of the Astin Mercenaries, you helped us out a lot, nyerk. Did you know that many of our members were killed?
Fio: Just thinking about that time hurts so much... There's nothing we can do but properly honor the memories of our comrades, nyerk.
Fio: Since you helped, it would be nice if you paid your respects with us. I'll make a memorial in a sunny place, so would you find some flowers to put in front of it, nyerk?
Fio: And, in order to send them off properly, it's important that we give them justice. It won't bring our dead back... but evildoers must be punished all the same, nyerk!
Fio: Will you join us, ‹your name›?
Fio: I knew you'd understand. I will wait outside the headquarters, by the memorial. Let's meet when you're done, nyerk.

Fio: *sigh* My heart still feels so heavy...
Step 1 · 1 line
Gathered enough flowers for the memorial. Go make the Astin Mercenaries pay for their crimes.
Step 2 · 1 line
Defeated all of the remnants. Go to the place Fio mentioned.
Step 3 · 6 lines
Fio: Over here, nyerk.
These were the Shugo that were tricked by swindlers and had their freedom stolen away. In the end, they return to the wind's breeze. Their courage is all that lives on in our memories.
These were the brave Shugo who stood their ground and fought back the birdbrains. May their legacy be carried by the wind and remain in our hearts.
These were the souls that took their last breaths at the points of the Astin Mercenaries' blades. Though their bodies have withered, their spirit and will shine on as brightly as Kina.
These were the Shugo who vanished along with the wind's breeze, though their smiles remain in our memories. Even today, we hear their laughter ringing.
These were the Shugo who will never return to us, but whose strength and will shall live forever more. Their legacy carried on the nameless winds.
Step 4 · 3 lines
Fio: ‹your name›, did you finish the rest of them off?
Fio: Those scoundrels finally paid for what they've done, nyerk. Thanks to you, my heart is more at ease.
Fio: And you didn't forget the flowers for the wreath either! Thank you, nyerk. Please place them in front of the memorial in the center.
Step 6 · 1 line
You prayed that the departed Shugo may rest in peace. Return to Fio.
Turning in · 4 lines
Fio: ‹your name›, I'm sure they will rest much easier now, nyerk.
Fio: It's still a painful memory, but we'll keep on going. We won't suffer at the hands of those evil scumbags ever again, nyerk!
Fio: Anything is possible as long as we're working together. Remember that, nyerk!
Fio: The Wind Breeze Merchants will not forget how much you've helped us. Nyerk!
When it is done
"It's still a painful memory, but we'll keep on going." Fio of the Wind Breeze Merchants is weighed down with sorrow as she remembers her comrades who fell victim to the Astin Mercenaries. You decided to help Fio honor the fallen Shugo. You placed flowers at the memorial as each name was read aloud. Though their bodies had scattered with the wind, their lives remained—etched upon the stone. Only after praying for the repose of the fallen Shugo could Fio hope to heal her aching heart.
