Benekt: Mmm? You're asking what's bothering me? Our research hasn't been progressing at all lately.
Benekt: It's tough to gather materials, and people aren't interested. So, it's been quite frustrating.
Tefra: I'm ready! Just tell me what to do!
Benekt: Hmm... Tefra, I'm not sure what you can do alone... Ah, right, ‹your name›! Could you help us out?
Benekt: We're currently researching creating alternative resources using Drakana. It's gotten really hard to obtain Odyle.
Benekt: But gathering Drakana is like asking for the moon. For some reason, rumors spread that it's valuable, attracting many people.
Benekt: I don't know who spread such rumors. Anyway, the inspection captain is also struggling with those Marauders.
Benekt: Could you take her with you to gather some Drakana? I'm uneasy about sending her alone.
Tefra: I'm ready! I can leave right away!
Benekt: Uh, okay... Your enthusiasm is quite admirable. ‹your name›, she's still a trainee... so please take good care of her.
Tefra: The area near Mire Campsite is the perfect place to gather Drakana! I'll see you there!!

Benekt: I really need to find some Drakana...
Step 1 · 1 line
Tefra: Please come out soon! Hurry!
Step 2 · 5 lines
Tefra: This area has a lot of Drakana, but it's also filled with toxic substances... Sorry, I meant to mention that earlier!
Tefra: Fortunately, I got a neutralizer from an herbalist I know! He said even Ulgorn used it!
Tefra: Here I am! Over here! Hey!
Tefra: I'm not being too much for you, am I? I'm just so excited to be helping out!
Tefra: Hehe, I'm glad! Okay, let's drink this and get started!
Step 3 · 1 line
Tefra: Please lead the way! I'll follow you anywhere!

Tefra: Eek! M-Mutants! There's so many of them! Please handle them for me!
Tefra: Wow! You really are amazing! Shall we set up the repository now?
This seems as good a place as any to set up the repository...
Tefra: Wow! This place looks perfect!
Flawless!
Tefra: Hehe! This is a Drakana repository! It's currently absorbing the Drakana mixed into the mud!
Tefra: Now we just wait nearby! It's important to gather just the right amount!
Tefra: If it overflows, it could burst due to the pressure... So we need to time it perfectly, okay?
Tefra: Don't worry! I'm very good with time management!
Tefra: It's almost ready! Just 10 more seconds... Whoa, hold on...!
Tefra: Oh! Oh no! Drakana Marauders!
Tefra: P-Please help! We can't let them steal the repository after all this!
Tefra: I'll stay out of your way over here!
Daeva Marauder Captain: We've been watching you! This Drakana belongs to us!
Daeva Marauder Captain: Damn it! Everyone out of the way!
Ahhh, don't come over here!
That Drakana is ours!
We can't let them take it! It's too valuable!
Daeva Marauder Captain: I'll handle this myself!
Tefra: Y-You can do it!
Tefra: Wow! You really are amazing!
But that ate up a lot of time...
Tefra: The repository! S-Surely it exceeded its capacity... I-It'll be fine... right? Heh...
Tefra: I'll check it no—! Oh no! The repository sounds... strange.
Tefra: No, no, no, no. no! We just need to take it and go!
Th-The repository is...
Tefra: You... can stop now.
Tefra: ...It's over... *sniffle*...
Tefra: Too much time passed... I guess it overloaded...
Tefra: *sob* I needed this to go well to become an official Creion...
Tefra: P-Please leave me alone...
Tefra: Tell Benekt... that I'm sorry... *sniffle*...
I always screw everything up! *sniffle*

Benekt: You returned sooner than I expected. Where's Tefra?
Benekt: What? The repository was destroyed?
Benekt: Shit! Do you know how long it took to make that? All you had to do was fill it up, how did you manage to break it?
Benekt: Marauders? *sigh* They really think they can get away with anything. I need to go tell Galorik right now!
Benekt: But Tefra's okay, yes? She's always so passionate about her work. I'm worried this will hit her hard.
Benekt: I'll have to postpone the research while I work out what to do next.
Benekt: I put you through a lot today. Thank you. I hope you'll be willing to help out again. I'll contact you if something comes up.
When it is done
"We're currently researching creating alternative resources using Drakana." Not all Daeva are willing to spend their lives scrambling for what little Odyle remains. The Creions' true objective is to develop a resource capable of replacing Odyle. Though many dismiss their efforts as impossible, they continue their research with unwavering determination. At the Dredgion Crash Site, Benekt is studying the contaminated terrain with a particular focus on Drakana. Originally developed to power massive Balaur warships, Drakana is a rechargeable energy cell fueled by Drana, the Balaur's primary energy source. If it can be properly purified, it may prove to be a viable alternative to Odyle. The Creions have always made the best of whatever resources they could find, but acquiring enough Drakana has proven more difficult than expected. Most Daeva would normally avoid anything connected to the Balaur. Yet as word of Drakana's potential spread, some began trafficking it as contraband, risking addiction for the sake of profit. "I'm ready! Just tell me what to do!" Benekt's assistant, Tefra, never lost her cheerful spirit despite the harsh conditions at the crash site. Impressed by her enthusiasm, Benekt entrusted Tefra with gathering more Drakana. Unfortunately, the mission ended in disaster when marauders attacked, leaving the Drakana Repository in ruins and crushing Tefra's dream of becoming a full-fledged researcher. Kneeling before the shattered repository, Tefra buried her face in her hands and lamented her misfortune. Benekt was disheartened by the loss, but resolved to find a new path forward.
