Steel Barrier is a Sorcerer stigma skill learned at character level 22. It goes up to level 25; stigma points buy levels up to 20 for 75 points in total. At level 20: Grants a 35% Max HP Protective Shield for 60s. Increases PvE Damage Tolerance by 10% and PvP Damage Tolerance by 5% for the shield's duration, and restores 300 Stamina when the effect ends.
