How to increase MP
The most each permanent system can add at level 45: the best item for every slot, top levels, everything owned (the same ceilings as How to get stronger). A real character has less.

Soul binding: 3,215 items can roll it
An extra stat drawn when the item is soul-bound; the highest rolls first. Each item page shows the chance of getting it.
Manastones: 6 kinds of manastone can engrave MP, up to 80 on a Unique stone.
