The Sorcerer PvE Hellfire burst build in AION 2 (PvE, damage) is played around Hellfire 16, Wish of Concentration 16 and Winter's Shackles 10, with Element Enhancement 15, Delayed Explosion 10, Fire Wall 10 and Cold Storm 10 as stigmas; stats in order: Critical Damage Boost > Damage Boost > Double Chance > Attack. From 11 player sources on Reddit, Inven (KR) and 17173 (CN), updated Oct 17, 2026; every name checked against the client.
Everything exists to land as many big, fully buffed Hellfire casts as possible; players quote about 28 a minute on a good Korean setup. Most global players macro the filler skills but keep Hellfire and the buffs by hand, so that Element Enhancement, Delayed Explosion and Winter's Shackles line up with the cast. Korean guides add Firestorm and Bittercold Wind to the filler line.
The macro question is open: global threads favour manual Hellfire and buffs, while Korean guides and a few Reddit players say the class is macro-heavy later. Korean numbers come from Korean gear.
Gold numbers are past what skill points buy (level 10): the rest comes from Daevanion skill nodes, soul binding and arcana — how to get there.
Hellfire — Hold the key to charge it (the client says max 3 charge levels); at full charge it throws the big hit. The client puts +30% Skill Speed, a mobile cast and a burning dot at level 8, 'Multi-Hit' at 12 and -15 s cooldown at 16. A dodge mid-charge keeps the cooldown, a stun or a dodge at the very end wastes it.
Wish of Concentration — The client's level-16 option is -10 s on all skill cooldowns. Players cast it first before 16 and last in the burst after 16, so the cut lands on skills already used.
Winter's Shackles — Players report about +20% PvE damage for 5 s and give it its own button inside the burst window. The client lists that +20% PvE and +10% PvP for 5 s as a level-8 option.
Flame Arrow — The held-key filler. Its level-16 option resets Blaze's cooldown.
Blaze — Korean guides raise it to 20: it is one of their 3rd to 5th damage sources, and its level-16 option takes 3 s off Wish of Concentration on hit.
Firestorm — Korean guides call it a must at 20. The client puts -2 s on Hellfire per fireball at level 12 and +15% damage per fireball at 16, which is why it earns its slot.
Bittercold Wind — Korean pick for the 20s: its cooldown is short, so if you can only afford one of this and Winter's Shackles, they take this.
Flame Scattershot — The cooldown piece: the client's level-16 option takes 1 s off all skill cooldowns on hit. Players spam it while the boss is staggered.
Delayed ExplosionLv 10A short window in which the target takes extra damage from you (the skill text says 15%); players report about 4 s and cast Hellfire inside it. Level 10 takes 10 s off its cooldown.
Fire WallLv 10Ground zone placed after Hellfire. Its level-5 option adds extra damage, and players say that bonus can proc from the Hellfire burn.
Cold StormLv 10Rated the best fourth stigma for damage; players call it interchangeable with Steel Barrier. Its level-5 option also adds extra damage on hit.
Swaps for this mode
Cold Storm→Steel Barrier— when a fight punishes the paper-thin Sorcerer, see the survival build.

Soul binding, as players put it
Weapon, guard, rings:These roll +1 levels to active skills: keep any Hellfire line, then Wish of Concentration. Korean guides pick rings for level-20 actives and give up Attack and Accuracy lines for them.
Armor, cloak, earrings, necklace:These roll passive levels only: Robe of Flame is the one passive Korean guides care about.
Stat lines: Damage Boost, Critical Damage Boost, Double Chance — the Korean must-haves; leftovers go to Attack.

Tips and common mistakes
Tips
✦Combat speed on global is lower than at Korean launch, which is why manual burst play still works; one 2.7k player macros everything except Hellfire and tops Transcendence 4.
✦Korean authors use at most one macro line: they say extra lines cost hits, and the loss is largest on Sorcerer.
✦If damage is low, check the combat speed cap, manastones and pet insight first; Korean authors say one of those usually has a hole.
✦Taiwanese players (one Tieba write-up, reposted in August) split the class into two loops. The charged loop keeps a full Hellfire as the main hit but has a heavy recovery. The uncharged loop takes the client's +30% Skill Speed option on Hellfire so it is near instant, then fills with the left click and Blaze to refresh Wish of Concentration. They say it hits a little lower on a dummy but better in real fights and with high ping. This is one post, so treat it as a method, not a target.
✦Taiwan reworked Fire Mark on 16 Sept (it now lands fully on burning targets and Blaze no longer clears it). We cannot tell whether that is on the global servers, so check the skill text in your client.
Common mistakes
✕Putting Hellfire on the macro: one player saw half damage because an uncharged cast fired.
✕Macroing the Delayed Explosion window: players report lost damage when the cast no longer sits inside it.
✕Copying the April Korean test that skipped Firestorm. The client's level-12 option on Firestorm returns time to Hellfire, and the August and September guides call it required.
Read on Oct 17, 2026 on Reddit, Inven (KR) and 17173 (CN); the words are ours. Every skill, stigma and stat named here exists in the global client 2.0.6.0 hotfix 1 — a name it does not have stops our build.
Questions
What is the Sorcerer PvE Hellfire burst build?
Everything exists to land as many big, fully buffed Hellfire casts as possible; players quote about 28 a minute on a good Korean setup. Most global players macro the filler skills but keep Hellfire and the buffs by hand, so that Element Enhancement, Delayed Explosion and Winter's Shackles line up with the cast. Korean guides add Firestorm and Bittercold Wind to the filler line.
Which stigmas for the Sorcerer PvE Hellfire burst build?
Element Enhancement (level 15), Delayed Explosion (level 10), Fire Wall (level 10) and Cold Storm (level 10). Swaps: Cold Storm → Steel Barrier.
Which skills to level first for Sorcerer PvE Hellfire burst?
Hellfire to 10, Wish of Concentration to 10, Flame Arrow to 10, Blaze to 10 and Firestorm to 10, in that order. Skill points buy up to level 10 (stigmas 20); higher levels come from Daevanion skill nodes, soul binding and arcana.
What stats for Sorcerer PvE Hellfire burst?
Critical Damage Boost > Damage Boost > Double Chance > Attack > Max Attack > Cooldown Reduction. The global client caps Critical Hit at 50%.
What is the Sorcerer PvE Hellfire burst rotation?
Burst: Element Enhancement, Wish of Concentration, Delayed Explosion, Winter's Shackles, then a fully charged Hellfire. After Wish of Concentration reaches 16, move it to the end of the burst. Korean opening (22 Sept): Element Enhancement, take the Delayed Explosion window, full-charge Hellfire, then Fire Wall and Cold Storm, then the mouse macro; this lines up the cooldowns for the rest of the fight. Filler on a macro, with the attack button held at the same time. The Korean skill macro is one line, ordered Bittercold Wind, Blaze, Firestorm, Wish of Concentration. Hold off Fire Wall and big cooldowns when the boss is about to jump or change phase.
Where does this build come from?
Medium: five or more Reddit commenters across seven threads and two Korean guides (27 Aug, 22 Sept) agree on Hellfire and Wish of Concentration at 16-20, Element Enhancement 15 and a burst window. Disputed: how much to macro, whether Ice Chain has any use, and which stigma fills the fourth slot (Cold Storm versus Steel Barrier). Taiwanese players run the same core: Hellfire, Blaze and Wish of Concentration with Element Enhancement, Delayed Explosion and Cold Storm. Sources: What would you consider the most fun class in Aion 2?; Game is a 9/10; Macro : so end game is just I press a bouton and it does DPS for me ?; Sorcerer mains. Hellfire: 30% Cast Speed or Mobile Skill?.
The Sorcerer is paper-thin, so players swap Cold Storm for Steel Barrier in Nightmares and solo play, and lean on Steel Barrier with Arctic Armor when they fight players. A mobile Hellfire helps in both. This is a survival patch on the main build, not a separate PvP build.

Thin evidence: three Reddit threads. Korean threads call Sorcerer PvP very weak (no real crowd control since Frost was cut, poor Abyss damage) and no Korean PvP guide exists. Korea also cut PvP damage by 30% on 14 Oct, which global lacks. Nobody here posted a PvP build worth copying.
