The Spiritmaster PvE damage (spirit cycling) build in AION 2 (PvE, damage) is played around Elemental Fusion 20, Combustion 20 and Summon: Fire Spirit 16, with Enhance: Spirit's Benediction 20, Summon: Ancient Spirit 20, Jointstrike: Corrode and Flame Blessing as stigmas; stats in order: Double Chance > Critical Damage Boost > Damage Boost > Weapon Damage Boost. From 12 player sources on Reddit, Inven (KR) and 17173 (CN), updated Oct 17, 2026; every name checked against the client.
Gold numbers are past what skill points buy (level 10): the rest comes from Daevanion skill nodes, soul binding and arcana — how to get there.
Elemental Fusion — Starts the cycle; Korean guides want it at 20 and say to stack as many Fusions as possible. The client's level-12 option turns it into a charge skill dealing up to 200% more, so Korean advice to mash it and that option pull in different directions — try both.
Combustion — The main hitter in the Korean guides, who put four extra levels on it from an arcana card. The client's level-16 option adds a chain skill.
Summon: Fire Spirit — A Korean poster who moved it from 16 to 20 reported a real gain. Its level-16 option is +20% Fire Spirit stats; the level-8 option adds 20% Fire Spirit crit damage.
Summon: Water Spirit — 16 gives +20% Water Spirit stats. Reddit disagrees on how it fits the macro: one player leaves it out and puts Jointstrike: Corrode between Water and Fire.
Summon: Earth Spirit — The usual end spirit when you need to hold aggro — level 8 gives it +20% PvE Damage Tolerance.
Summon: Wind Spirit — The fourth spirit in the Korean 4-spirit setup, and the one players pick as the end spirit when they want healing and self-sustain.
Cold Shock — Weave it with the left button between attacks: the client's level-8 option restores 20% MP, which is how players keep mana even. Korean newbie guide says 16 minimum, 20 if cheap.
Jointstrike: Curse — Korean guides cast it during the Ancient Spirit's recovery to remove dead time. At 16 the client says it ignores Block and Evasion and always crits.
Dimensional Control — Reddit players find it procs only with a delay of about 400–600 ms, so many leave it as a manual button. That fits the client: the spirits' 10% skill chance is what triggers it.
Stigmas
Enhance: Spirit's BenedictionLv 20Korean guides run it at 20–25. The client puts the x1.5 on Spirit Strike at level 10 and +25% PvE Damage Boost for you and your spirit at 20.
Summon: Ancient SpiritLv 20Almost mandatory on Reddit. Korean guides summon it after the earth tremor reaches 4–5 stacks and Element Unification is full. Level 10 makes Spirit's Descent x1.5 for 30 s; Koreans quote 25, which the global client does not yet allow.
Jointstrike: CorrodeAlmost mandatory on Reddit; used between Water and Fire. Level 5 adds +15% extra damage taken from your spirits during it.
Flame BlessingContested fourth. Level 10 gives +100 Critical Hit and level 15 +10% Critical Damage Boost. Korean guides call it a PvE-only slot; one Reddit poster would take Corrode or Jointstrike: Destructive Attack instead.
Jointstrike: Destructive AttackThe Korean burst button: charge it fully 3–4 s after summoning the Ancient Spirit. The client's level-5 option makes it a charge skill with up to 200% more damage; level 20 resets Curse and Corrode.
Gold numbers are past what skill points buy (level 10): the rest comes from Daevanion skill nodes, soul binding and arcana — how to get there.
Talents: skill specializations
What each level of the build's skills opens in the client — the options you pick at 8 (actives) and the ones that come at 12, 16 and the stigma levels.
Changes to Charge Skill, dealing up to 200% more [Jointstrike: Destructive Attack] damage
Level 10

Level 20

Options and the levels that open them are the client's (SpecializedSkillParts); lit = reached at the level this build aims for (skill points buy up to 10, stigmas 20 — the rest are bonus levels).
Talents: Daevanion boards
All five boards with a computed build for this role already learned — lit nodes are taken. Then what players do on the boards.
Most skill levels: +35 skill levels · 88 nodes · 136 pts. Computed by us — again and again the cheapest path with the most of the goal per point, for the points levels give at the cap. Change it in the planner →
What players do
•Spend every point on the general boards — Nezekan, Zikel, Vaizel and Triniel: players report each gives +1 to some skills, up to +4 in total, which is how actives get past 10.
% = chance one soul binding gives that line on that piece — our calculation from the client's weights, as on the item pages. Skills listed are the ones this build raises past what points buy (Elemental Fusion, Combustion, Summon: Fire Spirit, Summon: Water Spirit, Summon: Earth Spirit, Summon: Wind Spirit, Cold Shock, Jointstrike: Curse); stats are the ones it ranks. Gear Transfer moves good lines onto a better piece.
Critical Hit:the global client caps it at 50%; Korean stat orders assume 80%, so do not chase it past the cap.
Rotation
1Reddit macro variant: Fusion, Water, Earth, Fire, then Corrode, Curse, Dimensional Control, Combustion — hold the macro on the right button and the left button (Cold Shock) together.
2Manual variant from the other camp: put Elemental Fusion, Dimensional Control and Combustion on the right button and summon each spirit by hand.
3Korean three-spirit base: buffs, wait for the tremor and full Unification, Ancient Spirit, then Destructive Attack fully charged 3–4 s later. Korean macro order is Water, Earth, Fire, with the fourth spirit added to the same line.
4Choose the end spirit by fight: fire for groups of mobs, earth to hold a boss, wind for healing.
Tips and common mistakes
Tips
✦Players say the wind spirit and Siphon give self-sustain if you take them.
✦Keep a thumb key as a summon key and release it while casting stigma buffs so a proc does not summon the wrong spirit (Korean tip).
✦Fight at about 3 m, Korean guides advise, so melee and ranged spirits are both in range.
✦Taiwanese players tested level 25 on stigmas and rank Jointstrike: Corrode first (about +10% or more), Summon: Ancient Spirit second (about +5%) and Flame Blessing last (about 3%). Level 25 is beyond the global cap of 20, so use this only as an order for spending points.
Common mistakes
✕Delaying the spirit cycle to catch every Dimensional Control proc — Reddit players say it loses more than it gains.
✕A damage-over-time-only build (Water plus Corrode): the community rejected it as too slow for a burst class.
✕Mixing three-spirit and four-spirit macro advice in one layout.
Where this build comes from
Low to medium: one veteran gives the fixed stigma set and others agree only on parts. Disputed: macro versus manual play, three versus four spirits (Korea's 16 Sept optimisation guide says four wins; earlier August guides use three), and Flame Blessing versus Jointstrike: Corrode as the fourth stigma. Taiwanese players run the same core: Elemental Fusion and Jointstrike: Curse at 20, the four summons at 16, and Jointstrike: Corrode, Summon: Ancient Spirit and Flame Blessing as the stigma set.

What is the Spiritmaster PvE damage (spirit cycling) build?
Cycle the spirits fast, keep Elemental Fusion stacking, then use Dimensional Control and Combustion, and open every boss with the stigma burst. Korean optimisers say four spirits beat three at equal gear; global players still argue about it.

Read off the Taiwan server, from one editorial and two reposts of Tieba posts. Taiwan is ahead of global on patches and its stigma advice assumes level 25, which the global client does not allow yet. Dummy numbers are theirs, not ours.
Korean servers only, from two August guides. After the 14 Oct block patch Korean players say block-heavy melee now outlast this style, so confidence is low and Korea cut PvP damage by 30% the same day. Global PvP is untested.
