3 Cleric builds players run on the global servers as of Oct 17, 2026: PvE damage healer (Condemnation), Heavy-heal swap and PvP (Korean block build). The PvE damage healer (Condemnation) build is played around Condemnation, Chain of Torment and Debilitating Mark with Earth Punishment, Light of Protection, Prayer of Amplification and Summon Resurrection as stigmas. Gathered from Reddit, Inven (KR), Bahamut (TW) and 17173 (CN), rewritten in our words, every skill and stat checked against the client.
Condemnation — players put it at 50–70% of the class's output — and it runs on one stigma, 
Earth Punishment: at stigma level 5 the client says Condemnation "lands as a Critical Hit" on targets afflicted with it, and at skill level 12 a critical hit resets the cooldown. Clerics are also scarce in 2100+ groups, so players report getting into parties easily even at modest combat power.Condemnation at 50–70% of its output.Earth Punishment, carries the whole damage engine.Korean players run a deeper version of the same engine: stigmas to 25, an 80% crit cap and a 14 Oct patch that added element damage to Cleric attacks and cut PvP damage by 30%. None of that is on global yet (the global client caps Critical Hit at 50%, stigmas at 20), so Korean numbers below are depth, not a promise. Global players on Reddit saw no class balance change in the 14 Oct patch.

Heavy-heal swapPvESupportFrom Transcendence 2 and in sanctuary runs, some Clerics swap damage stigmas for healing ones and keep a second preset for it. The skill bar stays the same; the stigma bar becomes a safety kit.

Medium evidence: three Reddit threads argue both sides and one Korean guide from March. Others say you do not need healing stigmas at all and that full support is for mass PvP; the damage preset is the safer default.

Per slot, the piece with the highest Item Level at its top enhance that a Cleric can wear in the global client (Elyos side; the Asmodian twins are the same).

Stigmas: Salvation, Absolution, Yustiel's Power, Light of Protection, Prayer of Amplification and Summon Resurrection. Swaps from PvE: Prayer of Amplification → Summon Resurrection.

Condemnation to 12, Judgment Thunder to 16, Chain of Torment to 10, Light of Regeneration to 10 and Bolt to 10, in that order (PvE damage healer (Condemnation)). Skill points buy up to level 10 (stigmas 20); higher levels come from Daevanion skill nodes, soul binding and arcana.
