Kochi: There's an old branch office not too far away. Let's head there first!

Step 1 · 2 lines

Luteros: Did you rescue Kochi?

Luteros: The Abandoned Wind Breeze Office... All right, see you there.

Step 2 · 22 lines

Kochi: I have to hurry back to headquarters. If you have anything to say, let's get it over with!

Caelid: All right, Kochi. Are you ready to answer our questions?

Kochi: O-Of course, Daeva! Ask me anything, nyerk!

Phernos: We're aware you traded Scarlotus materials with Reda. Where is she? What did you talk about?

Kochi: Nyerk! The high priestess was out of her mind, talking nonsense! The Illusion Cavaliers were corrupted by that dark magic as well...

Phernos: So Reda successfully cast Scarlotus? Where? I must go there myself.

Kochi: I-It was at the Aullaeu Altar, nyerk! B-But you can't go there yourself...!

Kochi: Aullaeu corrupted by dark magic have been showing up since the high priestess arrived. I believe she was testing Scarlotus on them.

Caelid: How awful... But why Aullaeu?

Kochi: I told her that it was an ideal place for a ritual, nyerk. I just wanted to scare off the Aullaeu so they'd leave... I never expected...

Phernos: You damned fool... Did you happen to hear why the high priestess was interested in Scarlotus?

Kochi: T-To resurrect her daughter, nyerk. But there's no way that's possible...

Phernos: ...

Phernos: I've heard enough. I must head to the altar. If Reda has really grown so warped, then that changes everything.

Caelid: Hey, Kochi. How do you get to the Aullaeu Altar?

Kochi: The altar has been sealed, nyerk. The only one who can let you in is the Aullaeu chief, Aulamus.

Caelid: Is there no other way? I cannot imagine this Aulamus will be cooperative.

Kochi: Holyaul would know. He was Aulamus' rival until he was chased off to the Forest of Exiles.

Kochi: We were in contact with Holyaul up until recently, but then he went silent. That's why I don't know much. Trust me, nyerk!

Kochi: If you can find a Shugo named Daki, he'll tell you about Holyaul.

Phernos: Let's head to the Forest of Exiles and search for this Daki.

Kochi: Please take out any Aullaeu you come across on the way, nyerk! I'm scared they might ambush us again!

Daki: ...Daeva? Phew! I thought I'd been caught by Aullaeu!

When it is done

"To resurrect her daughter, nyerk. But there's no way that's possible..." Kochi knew a safe place nearby. You went there to discuss the situation further. It was true that he helped Reda gather materials for Scarlotus, persuaded by not only the generous price she was willing to pay, but the potential for Reda's dark magic to help drive out the Aullaeu. Reda experimented with Scarlotus at the Aullaeu's underground altar, with the goal of bringing her daughter back to life. Everyone was appalled by Reda's shocking deeds, leaving no choice but to head to the underground altar and witness what she had done firsthand. The Aullaeu's underground altar was sealed by Chief Aulamus, so you had to find another way in. Following Kochi's suggestion, you decided to find Holyaul, Aulamus's exiled rival.
