Gustino: There's only one task left before heading to the altar.

Phernos: And that is?

Gustino: The front of the Purifying Altar suffered the worst contamination. That's why Zumion's priests installed purification devices.

Gustino: We have been using the very same purification devices to contain the contamination, but they've been broken.

Phernos: What needs to be done?

Gustino: The surrounding contaminated creatures have destroyed the devices' mana conduits.

Gustino: If you can obtain mana conduits from Contaminated Guardite, it's possible to use Odyle to transplant them into the devices.

Luteros: Odyle? Where do we get Odyle?

Gustino: If you look closely, you'll be able to sense a faint Odyle aura nearby.

Gustino: When the area was submerged, there were no Daeva to use up the nearby Odyle.

Gustino: Of course, even that is quickly fading now, so please hurry.

Gustino: Have you repaired the purification devices?

When it is done

"We have been using the very same purifying devices to contain the contamination, but they've been broken." The area in front of the Purifying Altar is so heavily contaminated that dedicated purification devices have been set up, but they have since ceased working properly. You gathered the necessary repair materials and fixed the device. Since it was crafted by Zumion's Priests, you knew it would work effectively.
