Caelid: ‹your name›, you might not be aware of this, but the Notos Legion were our long-time allies in resisting the Balaur.

Caelid: But we never fully agreed on method. Not to mention, they thought me delusional for seeking to cross the Bulwark.

Caelid: We haven't spoken in some time, but they're not unreasonable people.

Caelid: Phernos. We will once again require your help with this one.

Phernos: What needs to be done?

Caelid: You are famed across Elysea as Akarios of the Storm.

Caelid: If we're to give them a solid reason to join forces, then a hero of legend from beyond the Bulwark should present a convincing argument.

Nania: But the Notos Legion base directly borders Balaur territory. Won't they already be too busy defending it?

Caelid: Precisely. The Notos Legion have no shortage of problems. All the more reason for them to accept our help.

Caelid: With the weight of Phernos's name, and the practical benefits I can provide them...

Caelid: There's really no reason for them to turn us down.

Phernos: Let us depart for Zumion Village at once, then.

Kochi: Hold on, are you leaving right now, nyerk?

Step 1 · 11 lines

Kochi: I have one last favor to ask before you leave!

Luteros: Come on, man... Haven't you caused us enough trouble, Kochi? Deal with it on your own for a change.

Kochi: I-It's related to the Balaur!

Nania: The Balaur?!

Kochi: That's right, nyerk! There's a tribe named Urugugu. They're a group of Aullaeu who used to follow the Dragon Lord Tiamat!

Kochi: But now they're worshipping the new Dragon Lord Ishtar and building an altar at Urugugu Canyon, nyerk!

Kochi: If we don't stop them, the Balaur might take control over the whole forest!

Nania: He's a merchant leader for a reason. We can't just leave after hearing such a thing.

Kochi: Hoho! If I have your attention, let's hurry back to headquarters. I'll give you more details there, nyerk!

Caelid: Nania, you help out Kochi with ‹your name›. We'll head over to Zumion Village first.

Nania: Understood, Captain. I'll contact Hithanya to head there too.

Step 2 · 8 lines

Kochi: Ah, home sweet home! It's been too long. I can finally relax, nyerk.

Bao: Kochi! Kochi...! I, Bao, have been waiting for your safe return all this time, nyerk!

Kochi: Bao! I was able to return safely all thanks to you. I commend your hard work.

Bao: We taught those traitorous mercenary bastards a lesson, nyerk.

Nania: Leave the tearful reunions to later. What do you want from us?

Kochi: Ahem. All right! Urugugu Canyon is located not too far away from here, nyerk.

Kochi: Sami is already monitoring the situation. She will tell you anything you need to know.

Kochi: If you can sort this out, the Wind Breeze Merchants will become a most reliable patron to your legion, nyerk.

Step 3 · 3 lines

Sami: Kochi sent you here? First the Shuliman Expedition, and now Daeva... I'm losing my mind, nyerk!

Sami: Anyway! I'm warning you now, the Urugugu are skilled shamans and are under the guardian bird's protection, nyerk!

Sami: They will be formidable opponents, so be careful!

Nania: ‹your name›! How did it go?

When it is done

"A hero of legend from beyond the Bulwark should present a convincing argument." After successfully casting Scarlotus, Reda's tracks lead to Altamia Canyon. Altamia Canyon is infamous for its rough terrain, and receiving help from the Notos Legion who used to be active there would be of great help. However, the Notos Legion viewed Caelid's determination to enter inside the Bulwark as a delusion. With Phernos, a hero of legend and living proof that the inside of the Bulwark is real, Caelid believes it will now be much easier to gain the Notos Legion's cooperation. But there are still issues remaining in Tolbas Forest. You decided to resolve the issue concerning the Urugugu Tribe, worshippers of Dragon Lord Ishtar, before meeting up with the Notos Legion.
