Gustino: It's already safer around here, thanks to you.
Phernos: Show us the way to the Purifying Altar.
Gustino: The purifying aura from the brazier hasn't spread far enough yet. You must wait a little longer.
Gustino: Not to mention, if a brazier gets destroyed or the light goes out, we'll be trapped in the middle of the contaminated area.
Gustino: We must eliminate nearby threats to keep the fires burning. The Scorpions and Skama especially have poison that can corrode the braziers.
Gustino: Eliminate any threats while we wait for the purifying aura to spread.

Gustino: The purifying aura must have spread far enough by now.
When it is done
"The purifying aura from the brazier hasn't spread far enough yet." The brazier began releasing purifying aura, but you must wait for it to spread completely. You eliminated dangerous creatures nearby as you waited. When you returned from taking down the toxic creatures corroding the brazier, the purifying aura had fully dispersed.
