The Chanter Party-synergy arcana (Korea) build in AION 2 (PvE, support) is played around Earth's Promise, Attack Preparation and Impact Hit; stats in order: Critical Hit. From 3 player sources on Inven (KR), updated Oct 17, 2026; every name checked against the client.
A Korean expected-value post compared two ways to spend arcana and passive levels. For your own damage, Attack Preparation and Impact Hit come first; for the party's damage, Earth's Promise is worth far more than any personal passive — until a Cleric joins, when its debuff effect does not apply.
Korean analysis of 3 June with a Korean party of four; passive levels in it run past the global stigma and level caps. Use it as an order of priorities, not as numbers to copy.
Earth's Promise — The client says it "Reduces the target's PvE Damage Tolerance" for everyone's hits. The post prices each level at about +0.25% Damage Boost across the party and calls it worthless beside a Cleric using Chain of Torment.
Attack Preparation — About +0.2% damage per level in the post's estimate.
Impact Hit — About +0.2% per level.
Dark Crush — About +0.2% total damage per level past 20, according to the post.
Inspiring Spell — Small on its own; the post says it beats the two passives above when the Chanter's critical rate on non-Dark Crush skills is under 80% — a threshold the global 50% cap rules out.
Talents: skill specializations
What each level of the build's skills opens in the client — the options you pick at 8 (actives) and the ones that come at 12, 16 and the stigma levels.

Gear for the Party-synergy arcana (Korea) build
The Chanter's top pieces, and what this build wants rolled on each.
% = chance one soul binding gives that line on that piece — our calculation from the client's weights, as on the item pages. Skills listed are the ones this build raises past what points buy (Earth's Promise, Attack Preparation, Impact Hit, Inspiring Spell); stats are the ones it ranks. Gear Transfer moves good lines onto a better piece.
✦The Cleric guide of 24 Sept notes that Clerics lose a buff when they receive the Chanter's Power of the Storm; the client's text says it cannot be received while the Cleric's own Earth's Blessing is active.
Common mistakes
✕Following the party plan when a Cleric is present.
Where this build comes from
Low: one analytic post, corrected by commenters on the Earth's Promise values; the 17 Sept and 28 Aug guides agree on the loop but choose the personal passives.
Read on Oct 17, 2026 on Inven (KR); the words are ours. Every skill, stigma and stat named here exists in the global client 2.0.6.0 hotfix 1 — a name it does not have stops our build.

The Chanter has one heal skill, Recuperation, and one healing stigma, Healing Touch. When a group has no Cleric, players swap damage stigmas for the party tools and accept fewer Dark Crush windows. Players are clear that this makes the Chanter a buffer who can also heal, not a primary healer.

Thin evidence: three Reddit threads and no Korean support guide — Korean groups leave healing to the Cleric.
Players describe the Chanter in the arena as the same macro for damage plus every crowd-control skill cast by hand in a chain. Defiance clears stuns and grants immunity, and one player swaps the party cooldown buff for the self HP buff so it feeds Wind's Promise at 15.

Three Reddit comments and one Korean thread. Korea cut PvP damage and refunded block cooldowns on 14 Oct; that is not a global patch. Spiritmaster and Templar are named as the hardest matchups.
