Extra stats: 1 of 16 on soul binding

Chance = how often each stat appears among the 1 drawn, from the game's weights (RandomWeight), assuming draws without repeats — our calculation, not a game screen. Each drawn stat rolls a value between min and max.

Skill effects on soul binding

The item makes up to 1 draw, each landing with a 20% chance (SubStatSkillSelectProb, out of 10,000); a draw that lands adds levels to one skill of the wearer's class, picked by the weights of Active_EnchantEffect (ItemEquipSubstatSkill).

Enhance to +5

From the item's enhance table (Enchant_Common_13). Expected values and percentiles are our calculation, counting the "+X% on failure" bonus the game adds after each failed try.

From the quests' reward tables (QuestReward, QuestClassReward) and the journal's achievement steps (AchievementReward). A bonus roll is a reward package: each of its slots comes up on its own (RewardPackage, out of 100,000,000) and then gives one item by weight (RewardPackageItem). Chance per completion = 1 − Π(1 − slot chance × weight) over the slots that hold the item — our calculation.
